Western Australia Police Auxiliary Officers Industrial Agreement 2024 Registered

On 10 February 2026, the WA Police Union (WAPU) proudly represented Police Auxiliary Officers (PAOs) before the Industrial Relations Commission, alongside WA Police, to formally register the Western Australia Police Force Auxiliary Officers Industrial Agreement 2024. This new Agreement replaces the 2022 Agreement and represents an important step forward in protecting and strengthening conditions for PAO members.

Securing and registering industrial agreements is essential to ensuring that pay, conditions, and workplace protections remain fair, up-to-date, and enforceable. This outcome reflects the ongoing work of your Union and its commitment to supporting Auxiliary Officers in the vital role they perform across WA.

A copy of the registered Agreement will be provided to PAO members as soon as practicable. Members may also contact WAPU Field Officer Gary Keenan at gary.keenan@wapu.org.au to receive the Agreement once it becomes available.

If you have any questions about how this Agreement affects you, WAPU Industrial Officers are ready to provide guidance and support. We will continue to keep members informed as further updates become available.

Thank you for your dedication and the important work you do every day.
